UXLeris – User eXperience –  Laboratory of Studies in Networks, Innovation and Software – is a research group that belongs to LERIS. LERIS is the main laboratory and it is localized at Department of Computer Science in the Federal University of São Carlos – Sorocaba, Brazil (UFSCar).

UXLeris researchers work to approximate academic research to practical issues in the industry by conducting experimental and empirical studies.  UXLeris team are focused on producing solutions to support software professionals in UX design activities. UX Design activities cover all the tasks which are involved in the production of software solutionas as such as user researchers, UX ideation, UX evaluation.

The main research areas of UXLeris are UX Design, digital twins in UX evaluation, UX Design in complex systems, UX Design and Human Factors, UX in the automotive industry, immersive environment as agile workplace, and human aspects of software engineering.
